acute myeloid leukemia with myelodysplasia-related changes

An acute myeloid leukemia with at least 20% blasts in the bone marrow or blood and one of the following: a previous history of myelodysplastic syndrome; multilineage dysplasia; or myelodysplastic syndrome-related cytogenetic abnormalities.
