A liver disease that is characterized by an accumulation of bile in the liver resulting from a reducted number of liver small bile ducts.

- Hypertelorism
- Deeply set eye
- Peripheral pulmonary artery stenosis
- Low-set ears
- Triangular face
- Cholestasis
- Reduced number of intrahepatic bile ducts
- Concave nasal ridge
- Broad forehead
