Alagille syndrome

A liver disease that is characterized by an accumulation of bile in the liver resulting from a reducted number of liver small bile ducts.

  • Deeply set eye
  • Peripheral pulmonary artery stenosis
  • Low-set ears
  • Triangular face
  • Cholestasis
  • Reduced number of intrahepatic bile ducts
  • Concave nasal ridge
  • Broad forehead
