• Hip dysplasia
• Avascular necrosis of the capital femoral epiphysis
• Broad femoral neck
• Wide proximal femoral metaphysis
• Flat capital femoral epiphysis
• Irregular capital femoral epiphysis
• Shallow acetabular fossae
• Osteoarthritis
