• Impaired collagen-induced platelet aggregation
• Impaired epinephrine-induced platelet aggregation
• Impaired ADP-induced platelet aggregation
• Increased megakaryocyte count
• Increased micromegakaryocyte count
• Ischemic stroke
• Splenomegaly
