A syndrome characterized by variable combinations of microcephaly, limb malformations, esophageal and duodenal atresias, and learning disability/mental retardation.

  • Intellectual disability
  • Short middle phalanx of the 5th finger
  • Short middle phalanx of the 2nd finger
  • 2-3 toe syndactyly
  • 3-4 toe syndactyly
  • 4-5 toe syndactyly
  • Short palpebral fissure
  • Secondary microcephaly
  • Gastrointestinal atresia
