  • Epicanthus
  • Microcephaly
  • Cerebral atrophy
  • Strabismus
  • Scoliosis
  • Alopecia
  • Seizure
  • Hand polydactyly
  • Macular hypopigmented whorls, streaks, and patches
  • Gray matter heterotopia
