  • Long philtrum
  • Seizure
  • Congenital hypoparathyroidism
  • Thin upper lip vermilion
  • Axial hypotonia
  • Hypocalcemic seizures
  • Deeply set eye
  • Decreased circulating parathyroid hormone level
  • Depressed nasal bridge
  • Hyperphosphatemia
