  • Combined immunodeficiency
  • Recurrent pneumonia
  • Hepatomegaly
  • Rectal fistula
  • Decreased antigen-specific T cell proliferation
  • Elevated circulating alanine aminotransferase concentration
  • Macrovesicular hepatic steatosis
  • Pulmonary infiltrates
  • Interstitial pneumonitis
