Signs and symptoms

• Seizure
• Hypotonia
• Developmental regression
• EEG with centrotemporal focal spike waves
• Delayed speech and language development
• Global developmental delay
• Continuous spike and waves during slow sleep
• Short stature
• Focal-onset seizure
• Primary microcephaly
