A nonepidermolytic palmoplantar keratoderma that is characterized by palmoplantar keratoderma, woolly hair and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy and that has_material_basis_in homozygous mutation in the plakoglobin gene on chromosome 17q21.
