  • Aganglionic megacolon
  • Atresia of the external auditory canal
  • Aplasia of the olfactory bulb
  • Ptosis
  • Functional intestinal obstruction
  • Vomiting
  • Episodic abdominal pain
  • Dysarthria
  • Gait ataxia
