- Hypertriglyceridemia
- Decreased circulating HDL-C concentration
- Hepatomegaly

- Thrombocytopenia
- Elevated circulating LDL-C concentration
- Short stature
- Decreased acid sphingomyelinase activity
- Foam cells with lamellar inclusion bodies
