A syndrome that is characterized by pyoderma gangrenosum, pyogenic arthritis, acne and suppurative hidradenitis and heterozygous mutation in the PSTPIP1 gene on chromosome 15q24.

  • Knee flexion contracture

  • Cellulitis
  • Microcytic anemia
