The infection with symptoms of fever, with symptoms of headache, with symptoms of abdominal pain, with symptoms of malaise, with symptoms of anorexia, with symptoms of constipation, with symptoms of rosy spots on the central body, with symptoms of non productive cough (in early stage of illness), with symptoms of bradycardia, and with symptoms of hepatosplenomegaly.
