Peters plus syndrome

A syndrome that is characterized by anterior chamber eye anomalies, short limbs with broad distal extremities, characteristic facial features, cleft lip/palate, and variable developmental delay/intellectual disability.

Signs and symptoms

• Broad palm
• Disproportionate short-limb short stature
• Short palm
• Exaggerated cupid's bow
• Clinodactyly of the 5th finger
• Long philtrum
• Intrauterine growth retardation
• Global developmental delay
• Narrow palpebral fissure
• Hypertelorism
