A polydactyly that has_material_basis_in heterozygous mutation in the GLI3 gene on chromosome 7p14.

Signs and symptoms

• Preaxial polydactyly
• 3-4 finger cutaneous syndactyly
• Dysplastic distal thumb phalanges with a central hole
• Duplication of thumb phalanx
• 1-5 toe syndactyly
