An ectodermal dysplasia characterized by abnormal development of ectodermal tissues including the skin, hair, nails, teeth and sweat glands and anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia with cleft lip/palate.
Signs and symptoms
- Narrow mouth
- Uncombable hair
- Absent lacrimal punctum
- Sparse eyebrow
- Sparse hair
- Dry skin
- Enamel hypoplasia
- 2-3 toe cutaneous syndactyly
- Taurodontia
- Sparse eyelashes
