An ectodermal dysplasia characterized by abnormal development of ectodermal tissues including the skin, hair, nails, teeth and sweat glands and anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia with cleft lip/palate.

Uncombable hair
Absent lacrimal punctum
Sparse eyebrow
Sparse hair
Dry skin
Enamel hypoplasia
2-3 toe cutaneous syndactyly
Taurodontia
Sparse eyelashes
