  • Xerostomia
  • Keratoconjunctivitis sicca
  • Anti-La/SS-B antibody positivity
  • Autoimmunity
  • Tubulointerstitial nephritis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Enlargement of parotid gland
  • Rheumatoid factor positive
  • Elevated circulating globulin concentration
