Sugarman brachydactyly

A brachydactyly characterized by a nonarticulating great toe set dorsal and proximal to the typical position.

Signs and symptoms

• Brachydactyly
• Double first metacarpals
• Proximal finger symphalangism
• Short proximal phalanx of finger
• Proximal placement of hallux
