A spermatogenic failure characterized by asthenoteratozoospermia with multiple morphologic abnormalities of the sperm flagella that has_material_basis_in hemizygous mutation in the SSX1 gene on chromosome Xp11.23.

• Reduced progressive sperm motility
• Coiled sperm flagella
• Male infertility
• Reduced sperm motility
• Short sperm flagella
• Absent sperm flagella
